Pagerank Rant
Posted on 24. Nov, 2009 by David Y in Web Development
The dreaded Google PR update has apparently happened, and some people are rejoicing, but not this guy. It seems good ole Google has decided to drop HYB’s PR down a rank. Which slightly irritates me. You sit and put in a lot of hard work to turn a site around from what it was before in an attempt to take it down a better road and you don’t even get a reward.
Personally I think that’s just sad, but really and truly it should be a motivation to all who may have lost a PR ranking. Keep up the hard work, it will eventually pay off.
Many say that Google PR isn’t important, that it doesn’t truly determine how much traffic you get, but over time I’ve yet to truly see a clear concise answer on the subject.
So to my fellow webmasters what are your thoughts on the subject?
